All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
1. Terms
1. All products are BRAND NEW & AUTHENTIC. Our products come from reliable sources. You can also view our authencity tutorials for more details.
2. Buyers are served by first-come-first-serve basis.
3. Orders are confirmed/reserved upon our reply. We will reserved the items for at least 2 days. If we do not hear from you after the 'reserved' date, items will be released for sale.
4. Order must be paid in full before shipment, unless meet-up.
5. Orders for spree will be confirmed once payment is received. No payment = No order.
6. We are not responsible for any skin allergies/problems arise due to usage of skincare products listed here.
7. All prices are exclusive of shipping. Various shipping options are offered in our email when we reply you.
8. We are not responsible for any lost mails (Singpost normal mail). All packages are pasted with the correct stamp amount + buyers' address + return address. We take a photo of the package before shipment. You can request for the photo within 2 months from date of shipment. For more security, please opt for registered shipping.
9. We are not responsible for damages caused by the mail process. We make sure all items are in good condition before shipment. Damage due to mail process is not within our control. By agreeing to use the shipping service, you are deemed to agree to this term.
2. Returns
a. Instock
Products are refundable/exchangable unless unused and unopened. If seal is broken, returns are not accepted. We accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery. Buyers will have to bear the cost of shipping for returned goods.
b. Spree
Products are not refundable/exchangable.
