a. Singpost normal mail only ship packages of weight up to 2kg.
b. If you choose Singpost normal mail, all packages are pasted with the correct stamp amount + buyers' address + return address. We take a photo of the package before shipment. You can request for the photo within 2 months from date of shipment.
c. Singpost Smartpac ships package of weight up to 1kg (Envelope) or 3kg (Cardboard box). Order must be able to fit into the Smartpac box [300mm (L) x 190mm (W) x 70mm (H)]
TAQBIN (tracking number is provided)
TAQBIN ships by volumetric weight. Lowest rate of $7 is for packages with volumetric dimension of up to 60cm. Tracking number will provided upon arrangement of shipment of order.
2. Overseas Shipment
Please email us for shipping rates. Quotes for registered airmail and surface mail will be provided. EMS or any other shipping service (FedEx, DHL, etc) can be provided upon request.
